The Loft Campus of Applied Science
Certificate of Completion
A Record of Learning. A Step Forward.
A Campus Certificate of Completion documents a course you successfully completed and the learning requirements you met. Keep it as a record of your progress and share it for employment, continued learning, or personal development.
How It Is Earned
Complete the Learning. Demonstrate Your Progress.
Certificates are awarded after the published course requirements are met. Enrollment or payment alone does not establish completion.
-
Complete the Coursework
Finish required lessons, readings, assignments, knowledge checks, and participation activities within the course schedule.
-
Apply What You Learn
Complete any required projects, practical activities, or applied learning hours. Submit the documentation or demonstrations described in your course instructions.
-
Meet the Assessment Standard
Pass the proctored final assessment with at least 70% and satisfy any additional published completion criteria. Required work must follow Campus academic integrity rules.
Online courses may include practical requirements. Depending on the subject, these may involve activities at a gym, in the community, or at another course-approved location. Some courses also require scheduled live sessions, in-person attendance, or supervised work. Requirements and additional costs are explained before enrollment.
If you do not pass the final: Campus policy requires re-enrollment and payment of the course fee again, followed by targeted remediation and a retest within a two-week remediation period, as explained in the course instructions.
Your Completion Record
The Course. The Achievement. The Record.
A completion record identifies the participant, the completed course, and the issuing Campus. Certificate details may include:
Certificate of Completion
Issued by The Loft Campus of Applied Science
- Participant Name
- Course Title and Identifier
- Completion Date
- Date Issued
- Certificate or Record Identifier
- Verification Instructions
Keep your certificate and use the course title exactly as issued. If a name, date, or other detail needs correction, contact the Campus rather than editing the certificate yourself.
Why It Matters
Make Your Learning Part of Your Next Step.
Employment & Professional Development
Include relevant certificates with a résumé, application, training record, or professional-development portfolio. They give you a documented course to discuss when explaining what you studied and how you applied it.
Personal Growth & Continued Learning
Keep a record of completed learning as you develop your knowledge, explore new subjects, or prepare for additional courses. Each certificate documents a specific achievement within your broader learning journey.
Completion Verification
A Certificate Supported by a Campus Record.
Participants, employers, and other organizations may contact the Campus to request confirmation of recorded course completion.
- Identify the record. Include the participant’s name, course title, and certificate identifier if available.
- Explain the request. If you are requesting information about someone else, the Campus may confirm their authorization before sharing completion information.
- The Campus reviews the record. Where authorized, we can confirm recorded completion and explain the course’s scope, duration, and completion requirements.
Routine verification is limited to relevant completion information. Private assignments, unrelated account information, and sensitive personal details are not part of a standard verification response.
Email a Verification RequestEarned completion remains separate from current account or resource access. A record may be corrected, or a certificate invalidated if issued in error or not legitimately earned, through the Campus review process.
Using Your Certificate
Describe Your Achievement Clearly.
List your certificate under education, training, certificates, or professional development, as appropriate. Use the exact course title and describe skills in line with the work you completed.

Non-credit course in [subject or relevant learning area]
Recognition and scope: Campus certificates document structured, non-credit education. They do not confer college academic credit, a degree, an occupational license, or a regulated professional certification. Each employer, institution, or other receiving organization decides how it recognizes the learning. Completion does not guarantee employment, advancement, admission, or licensure.
Continued Learning
Build Toward a Broader Learning Pathway.
Where a published Campus pathway is offered, individual courses may contribute toward its requirements. A pathway completion record is issued only after all stated requirements are met. Each record reflects the learning completed within that pathway and remains a record of non-credit education.
